One Good Reason You May Not Be Sleeping Well

Do you find yourself unable to rest or relax when you lay down for your nightly z’s session? It’s a terrible feeling, I know. Whether it’s anxiety, stress, insomnia; or, just a plain old restless night that causes you to get no good shut eye, there is one thing that can change everything… Well, not everything. BUT, it WILL change how you are feeling about everything.

Your body is in need of a good stretch session!

The best thing to do is be proactive about this and stretch daily (especially closer to bed time). However; if you are feeling a particular discomfort once you snuggle in, it is never too late to get out of bed and stretch. And, guess what???? There are even some stretches you can do in bed.  Yep, you don’t even have to remove yourself from those comfy sheets and blankets.

Stretching not only relaxes you; but, it also keeps your muscles more flexible and this stretching at night will even help you to experience less discomfort as you move about during the day.

So, for some quality ‘shut eye’ stretch your way to a good night’s sleep. Your body will thank you for it in the morning!
